In agreeing to purchase any one of Reliefta products, you as the Consumer, understand that we are selling products that contain hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD). You are further acknowledging our disclaimer, stating that these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and acknowledging our recommendation that you consult your physician or pharmacist prior to use. Although we at Relifta are committed to complying with FDA regulations, we make no claims as to the potential benefits of CBD, but only share medically documented case studies addressing the potential benefits of CBD. If you opt to purchase our products, you are making these purchases based upon your own opinions and research.

All unopened product may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping cost. By checking the box at the time of purchase, you the Consumer, accepts the terms and conditions, and understand the refund policy.

Product Damaged During Shipment

Our customers are very important to us, which is why all products are tested third-party for quality, safety, and efficacy. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs. Please contact us at hi@sample.reliefta.com if you have any issues with your product.

All products are shipped same-day during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-4:30pm). Any orders submitted after business hours will be shipped the next business day. Products are shipped via USPS or UPS, and are generally received within 2-5 business days. Exceptions being holidays or extreme weather conditions, which prevent deliveries. Tracking numbers are normally provided with every shipment and are sent via email from Relifta.com. If you can’t find your email please check your SPAM folder before contacting support.
